PFA is manufactured without metals such as calcium, aluminum, iron, magnesium, nickel, copper, manganese or zinc. These metals can leach into samples from other containers, and contaminate samples.

Warranty Information for PFA Sample Containers - V130397


Sonoma Testing stands firmly behind the products we sell and offer a one-year warranty from the time of invoice.

In the case of a warranty claim a customer service email should initiate the contact, and a written notice must formalize the claim. Once the claim is filed, Sonoma Testing will either perform an onsite inspection or issue a return authorization (RMA). If an RMA is issued, please follow the specific shipping instructions provided by Sonoma Testing as not doing so could result in the delay or denial of a claim.

When goods are found to be defective, Sonoma Testing’s sole obligation under this warranty shall be to repair or replace such goods at their option without charge to the purchaser, or refund the purchase price of the goods. In no event shall Sonoma Testing be liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Return Information for PFA Sample Containers - V130397


Sonoma Testing guarantees that all products will meet the OEM specifications in fit, form, and function. If you are unhappy the quality or performance of the product please follow the guidelines below for returns.

Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. NO returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number. Please include the following information in your email request for an RMA number: customer name, purchase order number, invoice number, product model number, and the nature of the problem. All reference numbers can be found on your invoice.

Damaged goods must be identified, documented and photographed upon receipt of goods so that proper claims can be made with the freight carrier. All freight damage claims are to be made by the receiver of the goods. Failure to immediately notify the freight carrier of the damage could result in the refusal of the claim. In the case of the receipt of a damaged product, all boxes, shipping barcodes, and labels must remain on the original packaging so that a proper claim can be made. Sonoma Testing will provide you with the proper procedures upon receipt of the damage notification.

Defective products will be accepted directly by Sonoma Testing under warranty for credit, exchange, or repair, at Sonoma Testing’s discretion as long as they are filed within the warranty period.

All non-defective returns for credit or exchange are subject to a restocking fee, and must be completed within 30 days of the date of invoice. Some Sonoma Testing items are made to order and are non-returnable. If you have questions on whether a particular item is special or non-returnable you should contact sales@sonomatesting.com for clarification prior to completing the purchase.

Custom made products that are manufactured to your specifications are non-returnable unless defective or manufactured outside of specifications.

All product returns must be initiated within 30 days from the invoice date. Returned products should be 100% complete, unused, in resalable condition, and must include original packing material, manuals, and all other accessories provided.
