| For grease-free, high vacuum seals
using standard ground glass joints. Made from PTFE with
substantial shoulder for ease of handling. Robust
overall construction allows for repeated use. Sleeves
and adapters are inert and usable to 280°C (536°F). The
high vacuum performance is obtained using trapezoidal
sealing rings on the contact surfaces. Leakage rate is
less than 1x10–4 Torr. |
